Justin Lewis is the President of Pangea Consulting Group and has more than 27 years of experience in the construction industry. His background spans MEP consulting, building commissioning, testing and balancing, controls and system integration, fire life safety, and the evaluation of complex building systems.
His experience combines extensive field knowledge with an understanding of how building systems are designed, constructed, controlled, tested, commissioned, and operated. This perspective supports Pangea's practical approach to identifying technical issues, improving coordination, and helping project teams resolve challenges that cross traditional trade and discipline boundaries.
As President, Justin provides technical and strategic leadership across Pangea's three primary divisions: MEP Consulting, Commissioning, and Testing & Balancing.
Justin holds professional credentials in commissioning and testing and balancing, including QCxP, CxA, AABC TBE, and NEBB CP certifications.

Lucas has more than 26 years of experience in the construction industry. His background includes project and field operations management, Testing & Balancing, HVAC controls, air and hydronic systems, fire life safety testing, clean rooms, and critical facilities.
His extensive field experience provides a practical understanding of HVAC system operation, performance, and the coordination required to successfully complete complex projects. In his role as TAB Operations Director, Lucas oversees Pangea's TAB operations, supporting project planning, field execution, quality control, technician development, and coordination with project teams.
Lucas maintains strong working relationships with contractors, engineers, commissioning providers, owners, and other project stakeholders and plays a key role in ensuring Pangea's TAB services are delivered consistently and professionally.
